Glowing Client Reviews for Watts McCray’s Online Offering

Watts McCray offers clients use of Settify’s sophisticated online system that uses an interactive process to inform clients about where they stand, how the legal process works, and how their lawyers can assist.

The system was drafted by our lawyers, and uses Artificial Intelligence created by a legal tech company, Settify.

We have exclusive pre-release access to Settify’s upcoming Legal Market Insight Report, which is set for release on Wednesday 26 June 2019. The report draws on data amassed from the 10,911 clients who have used a Settify-powered system since the launch of the technology in 2017.

After receiving immediate, customised information about their circumstances, and providing a full account of their background information, clients were asked the following questions:

  • How useful did you find this online service?
  • Would you recommend this online service to a friend in a similar situation?
  • Were you impressed that this online service was made available to you?

The results were as follows:

Our System Helps Prepare Clients Before Their Initial Meetings

Our lawyers also report that our system helps to prepare clients for their initial meeting, and makes the process much more efficient and effective. Clients come prepared, our lawyers come prepared, and we are in a better position to provide thorough advice, discuss options, determine strategy, and really build the personal relationship.

The Settify’s report also provides fascinating insight into the data behind what clients want in the early stages of working with lawyers, when and how they choose their lawyers, and the patterns in client enquiries when viewed at a large scale.

Stay tuned, as the full report will be released here on 26 June 2019.
