Watts McCray Parramatta office event: Welcoming new connections in a new year

On 8 February 2024, the Watts McCray Lawyers Parramatta office hosted an event to commemorate the beginning of the new legal term. It was truly a delightful and enriching experience to have the opportunity to connect and engage with both new acquaintances and familiar faces, as we gathered over refreshing drinks and delectable canapés, fostering meaningful relationships and cultivating a vibrant atmosphere of camaraderie and shared experiences.

A special and commendable mention to Sue Foote (Principal Lawyer in Parramatta) for organising the event in your office. As the host and MC of the event, Sue successfully facilitated a night of connection and collaboration amongst various sectors. Attendees engaged in insightful discussions and had a chance to meet like-minded individuals from various fields across the Legal, Finance, Broking, Real Estate and Property industries.

The speakers, The Honourable Garry Watts AM and Robert Benjamin AM SC, were fascinating and also provided a great insight into the rich history that lies within our Watts McCray practice. What an achievement that Watts McCray has produced 7 judges to the Family Court! We will continue to bring that history to the fore and ensure that Watts McCray is recognised as both one of Sydney’s and Greater Western Sydney’s pre-eminent Family Legal brands.

We look forward to celebrating and nurturing the connections we have through the legal community, through impressive Watts McCray alumni such as Gary and Robert, among many others. It was also fantastic to see so many former WMC team members return last night to join in with what was truly a celebration of Watts McCray!
