Fadiya graduated from the University of Wollongong with bachelor degrees in Law and Commerce (majoring in Accounting). After completing her law degree, Fadiya completed the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through the College of Law. She is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Fadiya is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Fadiya was previously employed by a top tier national firm where she specialised in commercial and corporate litigation. Accordingly, Fadiya brings to her family law practice the benefit of her experience in a wide range of commercial matters. She has undertaken substantial work in the areas of civil litigation, criminal law, migration, wills and probate. Fadiya is fluent in all dialects of Arabic.
