178,628 electronic voting forms were issued. By close of business, Friday 22nd February 2019, votes received totaled 32,153, demonstrating an 18% response rate. During the judging process many factors are considered: Client retention, speed of response and assistance, ability to navigate complex situations, whilst ensuring that the client is not concerned or unsure of what the outcome will be, irrespective of the scale of the matter in question.
The judging panel consists of in-house counsel, individuals within both the world of Banking and Private Equity, as well as corporations, both public and private.
They receive a large degree of nominations from the Legal sector, and from individuals active within corporate finance and Investment Banking, as these individuals will often experience the sheer tenacity of the advisors involved alongside them, assisting with the requirements that their shared clients have.
The winners, quite simply, represent those firms and individuals that are instrumental to the businesses that engage them, thus ensuring a swift, positive outcome is always achieved. These firms and individuals continually go above and beyond, always providing a high degree of demonstrable evidence which is consistent with positive comments from both clients and peers.
