TWO JUSTICES ARE APPOINTED TO THE APPEALS DIVISION OF THE FAMILY COURT OF AUSTRALIA

On Friday 22 June 2018 the Attorney General, the Hon. Christian Porter MP announced the assignment of the Hon. Justice Garry Watts and the Hon. Justice Stewart Austin to the Appeal Division of the Family Court of Australia.

The Hon. Justice Watts was appointed a Judge of the Family Court in 2005 having been a senior partner of Watts McCray previously. The Hon. Justice Austin was previously a Barrister based in Newcastle from 1997 prior to his appointment as a Judge of the Family Court.
