Today he attended and endorsed a webinar featuring Mark McCrindle, researcher and demographer from McCrindle Research being interviewed by Tony Eades of BrandManager and Dr Jim Taggart on the importance to business of using evidence based decision making to drive marketing and operational activities.

Mark stressed that:

• Smart businesses use data from researchers to focus their marketing activities where and in a way that is likely to reach their target customers; and

• Successful businesses are innovative, responsive to market forces and collaborate with other businesses to help one another to find and keep clients.
