Ruby Abbott-Monnox holds a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of New South Wales and a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology in Sydney. She also completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Technology in Sydney and was admitted to practice in New South Wales in May 2022.

Outside of work, Ruby is a huge trivia buff and attends trivia nights two or three nights a week.
