Emily was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2023 and is a proud member of the Law Society of New South Wales. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with a focus on child development, reflecting her dedication to understanding and advocating for the best interests of children in legal matters. Emily also holds a Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law and is currently completing a Master of Applied Law with a double major in Family Law and Family Dispute Resolution.
With four years of experience in the legal sector, Emily has predominantly focused on Family Law. In 2023, she served as a Legal Case Manager to Judicial Registrar Bell in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, where she gained invaluable insights and experience in family law proceedings. Before transitioning to the legal sector, Emily spent three years providing vocational educational support to school-based and adult learners in legal services and business administration, demonstrating her commitment to education and professional development.
Emily’s comprehensive background in psychology and legal education, together with practical family law experience, enables her to approach each matter with empathy, insight, and a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
