Eleni Paraskevopoulos

Eleni Paraskevopoulos was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2015, following the completion of her Diploma in Law through the Legal Profession Admission Board at the University of Sydney. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University.

Eleni has over 5 years of pre-admission experience, primarily in the area of family law, and has practised exclusively in family law since her admission over 10 years ago. She has developed a strong foundation in both parenting and property matters and is experienced in managing complex family law disputes. She has appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in Sydney, Parramatta, Newcastle and Brisbane.

She has acted in a wide range of family law matters, including complex parenting matters, relocation cases, property settlement matters, and in negotiating and drafting of Binding Financial Agreements.

Eleni is committed to resolving matters in a practical and timely manner, with a strong focus on negotiation and early resolution where possible. She recognises the emotional and legal complexity of family breakdowns and works closely with clients to provide clear, solution-focused advice. Where litigation becomes necessary, she is skilled in preparing and managing Court proceedings.
