A Meeting of the Minds – Discussing New Approaches to Family Law Cases

We were very pleased to host Vince Papaleo, Clinical Psychologist from Melbourne in our boardroom last week. Vince presented  “Using Social Science to Guide Decisions in Family Law”.  His presentation was entertaining and thought provoking.  Our Special Counsel, Maurice Edwards presented on Alternate Dispute Resolution in Family Law Cases and considered some of the relevant recommendations contained in the Australian Law Reform Commission report released last week.  The movie clips Maurice used in the presentation were rather entertaining.
