Watts McCray featured as Australian Family Law Experts in the ICLG Family Law 2024 Publication

Justin Dowd and Tylah Coskerie on behalf of Watts McCray Lawyers were officially invited to contribute to the ICLG Family Law 2024 Publication.

The International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) series brings key cross-border insights to legal practitioners worldwide, covering 58 practice areas. ICLG forms an international network of legal experts who, by contributing their expertise, reach a wide readership of legal and business professionals around the world. We are proud to have been featured in this international publication, as the only Australian Family Law experts.

Produced in association with Marcus Dearle of Miles Preston, the guide is published by the Global Legal Group. The ICLG Family Law 2024 Guide is the seventh edition of the guide and covers common issues in family law – including: divorce, cohabitation, children, abduction, relocations, cross-border issues, parental responsibility, child maintenance and marital agreements. The guide explores key issues across 18 jurisdictions: Australia, China, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Scotland, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, New York, Canada, England, Germany, Indonesia, Monaco, Singapore, South Africa, Florida and Washington.
