Allysha’s expertise includes bankruptcy, property settlements involving companies and trusts and representing third parties in property settlements. She has extensive experience in parenting matters, conducting cases involving relocation of families, in representing grandparents and in matters involving Family and Community Services. Allysha regularly appears as an advocate in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court in Sydney, Parramatta and Newcastle and represents clients in conciliation conferences, private mediations and arbitrations. She is currently studying her Masters of Business Administration with RMIT which gives her a commercial perspective on family law property settlements.
