Additional capabilities lie with two of Watts McCray's solicitors who are able to act as a Notary Public, allowing them to witness the signing of documents for use in overseas countries where a JP or solicitor is not an accepted witness. This includes documentation for overseas adoptions.

Watts McCray is the only legal firm in Australia to have two solicitors as Fellows of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (IAML).
