As a Senor Legal Clerk for Watts McCray, Wendy’s extensive experience has been gained in working across all fields of law including Family Law, De Facto, Probate and Wills, Commercial Litigation, Property, and Criminal. Her biggest focus however has been in the areas relating to Family Law which sees her as an invaluable resource within the Watts McCray team. Wendy has worked primarily in the field of Family Law since 1994.

Wendy has excellent managerial and organisational skills which she uses to assist the Lawyers of the firm in all aspects of case management. She understands that each client has an individual need depending upon their particular circumstances and, to that end, is able to assist them in all procedural issues arising from their case.

Wendy takes a special interest in all aspects of the law including legislation and procedures, and has professional legal research and computer skills.

BACKGROUND

Wendy grew up in Sydney and has recently completed the Associate Degree in Law (Paralegal Studies) with the Southern Cross University.

A Watts McCray team member since 2001, Wendy is always striving to expand and improve her knowledge of Family Law in order to better assist all manner of clients.
