SPECIAL EXPERTISE
Stuart has been practising family law in Canberra since his admission as a Solicitor in 2002. His experience and expertise covers all of the many facets of family law including defacto matters and adoption cases.
Stuart's particular areas of interest in family law include representation of clients in complex proceedings involving children, property and child support issues.

BACKGROUND
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Newcastle. He has completed additional Family Law training in the areas of Collaborative Law and training as an Independent Children's Lawyer.
Stuart assisted in the setting up of the Duty Lawyer Scheme in the Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court in Canberra. He went on to be the Family Law Duty Lawyer in that Registry in 2005 when the programme commenced operation.
