BACKGROUND

Malcolm completed his tertiary education at the University of Western Sydney achieving a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 1999. After graduating, Malcolm accepted a position as a Judge's Associate with the District Court before moving into private practice and a focus on Family Law. This grounding has given Malcolm a valuable insight into the workings of the court system.

Malcolm became an Accredited Family Law Specialist in 2007. He is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
