SPECIAL EXPERTISE

Kate was admitted in 2006 and has practised exclusively in the area of Family Law since 2007. Her expertise offers strong support to clients who have Family Law matters involving domestic violence. Additional areas of expertise include parenting matters involving for example relocation, overseas travel and schooling issues. Additionally, Kate can assist defacto couples with Cohabitation and Termination Agreements, and married couples with Binding Financial Agreements.

BACKGROUND

Kate completed a combined Bachelor of Communications and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney. Her professional background demonstrates a strong interest in law reform and providing support to community legal services through workshops and advice. She is passionate about community issues and has always attempted to give back when she has capacity to do so.
