Greg is an Accredited Property Law Specialist. Since 1976 Greg has worked continuously in property matters, mortgage finance, leasing, wills, estates and small business affairs. As a result, he has a real understanding of the many practical problems which confront clients almost daily in their private and business lives. Greg also has extensive experience in pharmacy matters, with particular emphasis in the areas of contracts for sale and purchase, leasing, financing and partnerships.

BACKGROUND

Born and educated in the Parramatta district, Greg gained a combined Law and Commerce Degree from the University of New South Wales, before completing a year's Graduate Articles with Clayton Utz in Sydney. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1977, working with Clayton Utz for a further three years as a solicitor in Commercial Conveyancing.

In 1980 he joined Ledlin Watts to manage their new Parramatta office, becoming a partner in 1982. In 1986, the Parramatta branch office became Watts McCray.
