Amanda Malinowsky

SPECIAL EXPERTISE

Prior to becoming a member of the Watts McCray team in December 2003, Amanda worked as a general practitioner in a semi-rural area. She has a broad experience across a number of jurisdictions, with a focus and passion for family law. Amanda was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW as a Legal Practitioner in 2001 and commenced practising as a solicitor with a strong emphasis in the area of family law.

Throughout her academic studies, Amanda’s focus was on aspects and areas of community based law - her primary focus and commitment is on people and human relationships. This enables Amanda to expand her analytical and research skills to be adaptable in situations that arise when practising in all aspects of Family Law.

With a commitment to ensuring the highest degree of client satisfaction, Amanda ensures she is kept aware of the latest developments in family law, including abreast of new electronic legal resources and research facilities.

BACKGROUND

Amanda was raised in the Nepean district, and completed her tertiary education at The University of Western Sydney, and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts with a major in History in 1999 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2001. Subsequent to graduating from University, Amanda completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law whilst working fulltime.
