Monique Robb
SPECIAL EXPERTISE
Since admission, Monique has practised exclusively in the area of family law, commencing her career with the Federal Magistrates Court in 2007. Her work at the Court provided her with great insight into the family law system.
Monique is also currently undertaking a Masters of Child and Adolescent Welfare which assists her in providing legal advice in parenting matters which are sensitive to the emotional and developmental needs of children in individual family circumstances.
CLIENT BENEFITS
Because of Monique's high level of knowledge and understanding of the court system she is able to clearly explain the processes and procedures involved to effectively guide clients through the system. Her experience with the court also means that she is better able to establish the key issues involved in a dispute and therefore focus time and resources efficiently.
Monique is empathetic to the fact that a large percentage of family law clients are experiencing an extremely difficult period in their lives. In part her focus, where possible, is to minimise the emotional and financial damage clients can suffer as a result with an ultimate aim of enabling them to move on with their lives.
BACKGROUND
Raised in the Hills district of Sydney, Monique studied her Bachelor of Law with the University of Sydney and looks forward to completing her Masters of Child and Adolescent Welfare.
